Norm was stationed at Camp Pendleton where he was a Tank Operator M48A1’s.
Norm also spent some time in Adak, Alaska where he worked as a chaser. During Norm’s time in the Navy, he was part of the Construction Battalion. Norm served a tour in Iraq with the Air Force in the Red Horse Unit (SeeBees). He spent some time in Korea where he earned the Korean Service Medal also. Norm wears a subdued flag on his Legion Riders post 112 vest of which he is currently an active member.
