SSG Roscoe Julian Willey

2017-9-1 Willey

My father, Roscoe, was a Staff Sergeant in the Chaplains office at the Presidio during WWII. He wasn’t sent overseas because of asthma. He and that side of my family were long time residents of Salt Lake… in fact, they were settlers. I was born in 1943 while they were still at the Presidio.

We honor you, Roscoe Willey.
